Taking an entry-level job is a great way to get into a company and then work your way up. But one of the biggest disadvantages of entry-level jobs is that they typically pay very little. A human resources assistant helps the human resources department to manage all of the tasks associated with employees and benefits. In this role, you may be helping to conduct training seminars, helping employees file Insurance claims or explaining the various benefits that the company offers. Human resources assistants make up to about $55,000 per year.
4. Sales Representative
Sales representatives don’t need to have any kind of specific college degree, but they do need to be able to sell. The job duties may include cold calling, emailing prospective clients and making on-site visits to companies and buyers in a particular region. The salary for a sales representative is dependent on their ability to sell, but the national average is about $66,000 per year.
